Shipping policy
We pack and ship from Quezon City.
What it costs
- Luzon — ₱100
- Visayas & Mindanao — ₱150
- Orders over ₱5,000 — free
When we ship out
Order before 2pm on a weekday and we aim to have your parcel with our courier the next business day. We ship out Monday to Friday, excluding Philippine public holidays — orders placed after 2pm, at the weekend, or on a holiday count from the next business day.
That's the schedule we work to, not a guarantee. Ship-out can move with the volume of orders and with our couriers' pickup schedules. If yours is going to run past it, we'll message you before you have to ask.
Getting to you
Once your parcel is with the courier, delivery usually takes two to three days within Metro Manila and three to seven days provincial. Those windows are the courier's, not ours — once a parcel leaves us, the date is in their hands.
We'll send your tracking number as soon as your parcel is picked up, by email or on Instagram.
Help us get it to you
Please check your address and mobile number before checking out. Couriers usually attempt delivery twice; if a parcel comes back to us because the address or number was wrong, we can send it again for a second delivery fee.
If your piece arrives damaged, that's covered by our Returns & refunds policy.
Shipping outside the Philippines
We ship internationally on request. Message us before you order and we'll quote you the courier cost to your country.
