Every piece is graded by hand before it is listed. Four grades, and we say which one it is — the grade shows as a badge on every listing.
Brand new
Unworn. Tags may be removed for photography, nothing else. Pieces that still have their original tags are badged New with tags.
Like new
Worn once or twice. No pilling, no marks, no repairs. Most of this drop sits here.
Excellent
Gently worn and cared for. Any softening at the cuffs or hem is photographed and named in the listing.
Very good
Honest wear with one visible flaw, always photographed close up and always priced for it.
What we always tell you
The labelled size and the condition. On designer pieces we also show what the piece retails at new, beside our price, so you can see the difference. Ask us for flat measurements and we will send them the same day. Every piece is one of one — when it is gone, it is gone.
